BEIJING, Oct. 30 (Xinhua) -- China (Chongqing) Pilot Free Trade Zone Arbitration Center was launched to establish a diversified dispute solving mechanism and effectively enhance the business environment in the free trade zone.
Located in the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area of the free trade zone, the arbitration center will provide enterprises with arbitration law training and consulting services in line with internationally accepted commercial arbitration rules.
"Chinese and foreign companies' voices calling for an international commercial arbitration have been growing stronger, and the establishment of an arbitration center will effectively enhance the business environment in the free trade zone," said Zhang Jiandong, deputy director and secretary general of Chongqing Arbitration Commission.
Before this, Chongqing had established China Chongqing Liangjiang International Arbitration Center and the Liangjiang New Area Intellectual Property Court in recent years to solve commercial cases in the free trade zone. (Edited by Li Wenxin, Yang Qi, liwenxin@xinhua.org)
